OfficeHours.FM is a weekly podcast targeting small business owners, freelancers, and others providing WordPress-based products or services. Each week host Carrie Dils interviews various personalities from the WordPress ecosystem (and sometimes) beyond to glean stories of successes (and failures) learned along the way.
You’re invited to participate by submitting questions. We do our best to answer them live on the air, giving you the opportunity to interact directly with some of WordPress’ brightest minds.
Each week you’re guaranteed at least one immediate takeaway you can apply to your business. Who knows, you might even have fun!

Who are your guests?
My guests are people I know in the WordPress ecosystem. They’re highly engaged in the community and are in various stages of building a career with WordPress. I’ve been thrilled to have some high-profile guests on the show, but I also love introducing lesser-known (but just as awesome) folks to my audience.
I do occasionally bring on non-WordPress folks who are industry experts in a topic that interests my audience.
Who are your listeners?
Of course, I don’t know everything about the folks who tune into the show, but I can share the parts I do know based on previous listener surveys. My listeners:
- use WordPress in their business
- are self-employed (or would like to make the leap to self-employment)
- are highly-engaged
- are motivated self-learners, looking to learn and grow
- are curious to learn from the experience of others
I love my listeners and strive to bring the most relevant, interesting discussions to the show.
Can I sponsor your show?
Can I be on your show?
My guests are carefully selected to match topics of interest to our audience. While I’m flattered at your interest in the show and have no doubt you are amazing, I do not take unsolicited guest requests.
